      hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time for a full refund.

    • Custom Orders: Custom cake and personalized orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time. Cancellations made less than 8 hours before the scheduled time may not be eligible for a refund due to the time and resources already invested in preparing the order.

    • Defective or Damaged Products: We offer refunds for
      products that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or not as described. Please contact us within 3 hours of receiving the product with details and photos of the issue.

    • Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect order, we will provide a refund or replacement based on the issue.
    3.2 Non-Refundable Items
    • Custom Orders: Due to their personalized nature, custom
      cakes and personalized items are non-refundable except in cases where there is a fault on our part.

    • Special Offers: Products purchased through special promotions or discounts may have different refund terms, which will be outlined at the time of purchase.
    3.3 Refund Request Process
    • Submission: To request a refund, please contact us at mycalebakersank@gmail.com within a day of receiving the product. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos

    • Approval: Once we receive your request, we will review it and determine if it meets the refund criteria. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 3 business days.

    • Replacements: Instead of a refund, you may choose to receive a replacement product if that is preferable and the replacement is available.
